Nevada workers’ compensation
Independent Medical Examinations under Nevada workers’ compensation framework (NRS 616C.145, NRS 616C.090). As a member of the Nevada Panel of Treating Physicians and Chiropractors, Dr. Cichon is on the panel from which injured employees can select for IMEs. Permanent partial disability impairment ratings under AMA Guides 5th and 6th editions, NIRSAT- and AAEME-certified.
Specialty focus: psychiatric component of head injury (TBI, concussion, post-concussive syndrome), PTSD and trauma claims, depression / anxiety following industrial injury, and psychiatric component of chronic pain.
