Consultation & treatment availability
Treatment available for select cases
Some consultation referrals can lead to ongoing psychiatric treatment within Dr. Cichon’s clinical practice. This page explains what referrers should know before sending a case for consultation.
Engagements accepted from: attorneys, workers’ compensation adjusters and case managers, referring physicians (including pain-management practices for SCS clearance), and the courts.
We do not accept insurance and do not perform disability evaluations or criminal forensic work. For workers’ compensation engagements, billing is to the carrier or employer; for personal injury and civil engagements, billing is to the requesting party. Lien arrangements with personal injury counsel are considered case-by-case.
